PLC Commissioning & Startup for POP systems, DEIR Ali II Combine Cycle Power Plant, Syria
The power plant contain different service sections (Balance of Plant BOP) that designed by third party suppliers. As the primary role, we have tackled commissioning and put in service the following BOP systems:
1-Gas Reduction System GRS
2-Condensate polishing system
3-Water treatment & pretreatment system
4-Waste Water Treatment system
5-Chemical Dosing system
6-Auxiliary Boiler system
PLC programming& SCADA Design for Three Phase well Mobile test separator
Mobile test separator designed as per Ebla Petroleum Company EBCO requirements to have the ability to carry out well testing for all ALSHAER wells, and it will be used for testing other wells in other companies. The test separator will separate well fluids into gas, condensate and produced water, and then exit from the separator via three outlet nozzles.

ABB Symphony Harmony DCS system is the core system for automate the process, our responsibility was Commissioning the DCS system (download, startup, debug and modify) with the following roles:
Loop check and Functional check for I/O signals.
Involved in Interlocks and protection checks of HRSG, Water in steam cycle and other service system packages
Coordinate with ABB team based in Italy and Athens in order to commission and start-up of ABB Harmony/Symphony plus DCS system for both hardware (Harmony Control Units, Communication & Slave Modules and BRC400 Controllers) and software (Logics, Graphic Configurations & Troubleshooting by means of Composer 5.1 and PGP 4.1 software).
Supervise technicians' team during P2P signals' check as well as final loop signals' check.
Train and develop Members of Public Establishment for Electricity Generation and Transmission (PEEGT) on ABB DCS Hardware and software system (operate, modify, download, maintenance, troubleshooting and start up ).
